Question:   Will you ship international?
 
  Answer:  We ship primarily to the United States (50 States), Puerto Rico and Canada. We will consider requests to other areas on a case by case basis, due to issues with fraud and manufacturer policies.   
 
 
 
 
Question:    What is the cut off time for same day shipping?
 
  Answer:     Business days are Monday to Friday. The order has to be processed before 3pm EST at the latest to be eligible for same day shipping. Orders processed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. It also should be noted that UPS normally does not deliver on weekends.
 
 
 
Question:   What about sales tax?
 
  Answer:    New York State residents are required to add 7% to the total cost for sales tax. At this time no other state sales tax is required.
 
 
 
Question: Is this item new or reconditioned?
 
   Answer:  Unless stated otherwise in the advertisement all items are new in the box as packaged by the manufacturer and come with all original paperwork and are covered by the original manufacturer warranty.
 
 
 
Question:   What will it cost to ship to my address?
 
  Answer:   Unless a flat rate offer is in effect for your address, E-mail us your ship-to address including the zip code/postal code. We will then quote you shipping charges to your location.
