Payment Information:
On Domestic Orders (including the 50 States, Canada, and Puerto Rico) we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders, Bank Transfers and Checks (have to clear before shipping).
On International Orders Accepted, we require payment by PayPal or Bank Transfer ONLY. Contact us for Bank Transfer information.
While it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to order from this site, we use the PayPal merchant system to process all of our telephone and website credit/debit card payments received on our end. We do this to provide our customers with a safe, secure, private ordering environment.
Website Checkout Note For All Payments: At the bottom of the "Please Review And Submit Your Order" page you must click on the [Send Payment By PayPal] button.
This will take you to the "Enter Payment Information Page". There you can either log in to your PayPal account, or select the [click here] button to pay by credit/debit card to complete the transaction.
- Orders can be placed through the website check-out, by e-mail, phone or fax
- "Best Offer" submissions to be made by Email or Fax, we will review your offer and get back to you ASAP.
- All PayPal orders will be shipped to confirmed addresses only.
- To pay by mail, send your check or money order made out payable to CAROLYN THOMAS to the address provided on our CONTACT PAGE.
- Confirmed payment orders for in stock items recorded and posted by 3pm EST. on business days will be shipped within 2 business days.
- Items paid by personal check will ship when the check clears the bank. This can take up to two weeks in some cases.
- On PayPal e-check payments shipment will occur when PayPal shows a completed transaction.
- All dollar amounts listed on this site are in US dollars.
Shipping:
- We ship primarily by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS upon receipt of confirmed payment.
- Any customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Currently we are offering FREE expedited delivery anywhere in the continental USA (48 states), regardless of how much you order.
- E-mail us your requests for other shipping options or specific carriers. Include your ship to address and postal code for all shipping cost quotes.
Sales Tax : For New York State deliveries add 7% of the total order for sales tax.
General Return Policy:
We maintain a general no return policy, unless an error is ours or you have received a defective product. We will exchange your item in these cases if you contact us within 14 days of the date you received the item to obtain prior authorization.
- Prior authorization is required for any return.
- Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- We will not accept C.O.D.'s for returns.
Damages:
If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it for you.
If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery:
- Call the carrier for an inspection.
- Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc.
- The carrier will instruct you on what to do.
Warranty Service:
- We will provide an itemized sales receipt for your records and manufacturer warranty application.
- All products are covered by Applicable Manufacturer's Warranties only.
- Warranty repair items are to be returned directly to the respective manufacturer of the product.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Out of Stock Items:
If your ordered items are out of stock we will contact you as to when you can expect delivery and ask if you want us to continue processing your order or refund your payment. Back-orders could take up to 3 weeks, but are usually filled sooner than that. We will keep you informed of your order status.
Returned Checks: A $25.00 fee will be charged and may result in future orders being shipped C.O.D. certified check.
